MBC SCHOLARSHIPS
The 1989 MBC Scholarships for
Physicians, Nurses and Relevant Health Personnel have been awarded.
In accordance with the programme of MBC activities and in the intention of promoting
interchange between the various countries, 10 Scholarships are officially announced, to be
shared between physicians, nurses and all those interested in the problem of bums.
Each Scholarship is worth four million lire.
The Scholarship winners must attend for the period of one month a Centre specialized in
bums in a country belonging to the MBC.
For the year 1988 seven Scholarships were awarded, as many as there were candidates. Thus
in 1989 13 scholarships were awarded.
